This is available for any woman or couple who have done Calmbirth previously (with myself or another educator). We debrief your previous birth/s and go over the key Calmbirth concepts and tools. This refresher takes approximately 3 hours. Please contact Rosie before booking, to organise a time and location. Available via Zoom or face to face (travel fee may apply).
